Welcome to the heart of new dark folk and neofolk music
’Dark Folk Nation’ is a non-profit website created only for emerging bands and artists in the darker folk scene or in the neofolk scene worldwide. The idea is to bring together the music and the listener while focusing on the storyline that lies beyond each creator. Because we are based in the heart of the North in (mostly) cold Finland, our priority is to showcase Finnish bands and artists but we are also happy to receive material from all around the world.
